1. Purchase a gown preservation kit.

Purchase either the Traditional Line or Celebrity Line wedding gown preservation package and we'll mail the entire prepaid kit directly to you.

2. Send in your gown.

Once you receive your Wedding Gown Preservation kit, everything is prepaid - just follow the simple instructions.

3. Receive your gown in 4 - 6 weeks*.

Receive your gown within approximately 4 - 6 weeks* after it is received at the preservation center.

You'll receive your cleaned and preserved gown in our special acid-free wedding dress storage box with a viewing window.

*Please note: During the height of our busy season the preservation process may take slightly longer. Repairs or additional services requested may also extend the processing time.

Wedding Gown Preservation Company provides a 100% guarantee for 20 years against yellowing of your gown. Wedding Gown Preservation Company certifies the guarantee to the original owner listed on the preservation order form. If the fabric yellows, you may return the gown to be re-cleaned and preserved at no additional charge. If reprocessing is unsuccessful, Wedding Gown Preservation Company will refund the preservation cost. Trim, beads and sequins are excluded from this guarantee. Wedding Gown Preservation Company can replace the beads and sequins at the owners expense. Damages must be reported within 15 days of receiving the gown.
